The Benedictine Health System's Taste of Benedictine Hospitality culinary demonstration event, conducted on Sept. 24, was featured in the Oct. 15 edition of Catholic Health World. 

Culinary services staff from 22 facilities prepared their most appealing appetizers and desserts for appreciation by the BHS Leadership Conference attendees and food judges. The story features comments from culinary services staff members and the winning recipes.
