The Social Worker at Prince of Peace Care Center will, identify the need for medically related social services and pursue the provision of these services. Responsible for identifying the psycho/social and emotional needs of residents and devising and implementing services/interventions to meet those needs including collaboration with outside community resources.

Employees must have the ability to communicate effectively. Requires reading, writing, drawing conclusions from written or computer generated materials. Employees must make assessments and decisions from limited information. Employee must be able to report information, make public contacts and handle multiple priorities. Employee may make non-routine or unexpected judgments and implement recommendations/plans by coordinating persons and/or other resources.
