QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED • Current state licensure as a Occupational Therapist which must be in good standing • Excellent interpersonal skills • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Be able to read, write and communicate in English QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED •One year previous experience in long term care but new grads are welcome

The Occupational Therapist is a clinically competent and licensed professional of who provides treatment for residents/patients under the occupational therapy plan of care as established by the therapist. Effectively and professionally interacts with residents/patients, family members, responsible party and other health care team members, while maintaining standards of professional conduct. Complies with regulatory standards of the American Occupational Therapy Association, the Department of Health, and any other professional guidelines or standards. Settings may include: skilled nursing facility, sub-acute care, outpatient care, home health, and other contracted facilities
