St Eligius Health Center in Duluth, MN is looking for a full-time Facility Director of Rehabilitation. St
Eligius is a 118 bed facility with 20 Short term beds and some outpatient therapy needs. The
Preferred candidate is a Physical Therapist with managerial experience. This position requires 50%
evaluations and treatments and 50% administrative management. We offer excellent wages and benefits as well as reimbursement for CEUs and professional dues.

• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, which must be in good standing
• Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctoral degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
• Be able to read, write and communicate in English
• Management experience a must
